DocuNudge processes financial documents (such as W-2, 1099, and 1098 forms) uploaded by tax clients. The document files, extracted tax metadata, and client contact info (name, email, phone) are securely stored in our encrypted databases to enable the document intake workspace for your CPA.
We use Google Gemini AI models to analyze and verify document formats and detect missing tax information. All data is processed using private APIs with strict transit encryption. Your document content is never used to train public AI models.
Only your authorized CPA (the dashboard owner) and their staff have access to the uploaded files and data. We do not sell, rent, or share client financial documents or contact information with third-party advertisers.
Your files are stored in Google Cloud Storage using enterprise-grade encryption keys. Firebase Security Rules govern all database queries to prevent unauthorized read/write actions.
