These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the DocuNudge Agent platform. By accessing the platform, uploading documents, or signing in, you agree to these terms in full.
Our software provides automated document collection services for CPAs. If you are a client uploading tax documents, you agree that you are authorized to provide those documents and that they are accurate to the best of your knowledge.
DocuNudge Agent uses advanced Gemini models to read and summarize tax documents. While the AI is highly accurate, you and your CPA are responsible for reviewing and confirming the final numbers before tax filing. We assume no liability for errors in tax returns resulting from incorrect AI parsing.
You agree not to upload any malicious code, viruses, or non-tax related materials. We reserve the right to flag, reject, or permanently delete documents that violate our platform security policies.
CPAs may cancel their subscriptions or request database wipes at any time. Client document collections are stored securely and may be archived or deleted after the tax season ends in accordance with professional record-retention requirements.
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the CPA dashboard owner operates.
